1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using NextLevel Fundraising ("NextLevel," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. What NextLevel Does
NextLevel is a platform that lets schools and organizations run online fundraising campaigns. Registered participants can invite personal contacts to donate via a unique campaign link, shared by email or text message.
3. Messaging Consent
If you use NextLevel's outreach feature to invite a contact via SMS, you confirm that you have a personal relationship with that contact and their consent to receive a text message from you through the platform. You agree not to use NextLevel to send unsolicited messages to people you do not know, or to purchased or scraped contact lists. Message frequency depends on your own activity. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help.
4. Donations
Donations are processed by Stripe. NextLevel and the receiving organization are not responsible for payment processing errors caused by Stripe or the donor's card issuer. Donations are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at the organization's discretion.
5. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, including organization details, donor communications, and any contact information you provide for outreach. You agree not to use NextLevel for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
NextLevel is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextLevel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of NextLevel after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
