1. Information We Collect

NextLevel Fundraising ("NextLevel," "we," "us") collects information you provide directly, including:

• Account information: name, email address, password (for organization owners, admins, and registered families)
• Family and participant details: family name, student names, grade/classroom, photos you choose to upload
• Contact information for people you invite to donate: names, email addresses, and/or phone numbers that you provide
• Donation information: donor name, donor email, and payment details (processed directly by Stripe — we do not store full payment card numbers)
• Organization details: school/organization name, address, tax status, for campaigns you create

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Operate campaign pages, leaderboards, and donation tracking
• Send outreach messages (email and/or SMS) on your behalf, to contacts you personally choose and provide
• Process donations and send donation receipts
• Communicate with you about your account or a campaign you're part of

3. Mobile Numbers & SMS Messaging

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.

Phone numbers are collected only when a registered participant chooses to invite a personal contact to donate via text message. That number is used solely to deliver the specific donation invitation message initiated by that participant, and to track the resulting donation for attribution within the campaign. Phone numbers are never shared outside of NextLevel and our messaging provider (Twilio), which delivers messages on our behalf under its own data protection obligations.

Message frequency varies by user activity — messages are sent only when a participant actively chooses to send an invitation, not on a recurring or scheduled basis. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of future messages, or HELP for help.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate NextLevel:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage
• Stripe — payment processing for donations
• Twilio — SMS message delivery
• Resend — email delivery
• Vercel — application hosting

Each provider processes only the data necessary to perform its function and is bound by its own privacy and security obligations.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain account and campaign data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below.
